kk33 Terms and Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and All Platform Activity

1. Introduction

Welcome to kk33.life. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kk33 platform, which includes the website kk33.life, all betting and gaming services available through it, and any associated mobile or web applications ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by kk33 ("we", "us", "our" or "kk33").

By registering an account on kk33, depositing funds, placing a bet or playing any casino game, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the kk33 platform.

These Terms apply to all registered players on kk33 regardless of which product they use — sports betting, live casino, online casino, Andar Bahar, virtual sports, Aviator or any other product available on the Platform at any time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a kk33 account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kk33 does not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be the named individual opening the account. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not already hold an active kk33 account. Each player is permitted one account only. If duplicate accounts are detected, kk33 reserves the right to close them and withhold any associated bonuses or winnings.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from the kk33 platform for any reason.
• The information you provide during registration — your name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

kk33 processes all account registrations in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is designed for and directed at users in Pakistan. By registering you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is permitted under applicable laws.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

kk33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and at any other time we reasonably deem necessary. This is a standard requirement for any legitimate financial and gaming platform and is in place to protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.

When requested, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid national identity card (CNIC) or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of your registered mobile number or bank account for payment method verification.
• A selfie or photo holding your identification document, if requested by the kk33 verification team.

Verification documents should be submitted through your kk33 account portal or via the support contact at support@kk33.life. kk33 will process submitted documents within 2 business days. Until verification is completed, withdrawals from your account may be held pending document review.

kk33 will never ask you to send documents to any email address other than the official support address, and will never request your account password under any circumstances. If you receive suspicious communication claiming to be from kk33, contact us directly to verify it.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kk33 accounts are denominated entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction flow.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, Visa/Mastercard bank card.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash typically credit to your kk33 balance within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. kk33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account not matching your verified name may be reversed and the funds returned to the source.
• kk33 does not charge any fee on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside kk33's control.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to payment methods registered in your own verified name.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals process within 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals follow standard Pakistani bank processing hours.
• Before your first withdrawal, or when requested, kk33 may require identity verification (see Section 3).
• If an active bonus is applied to your account, withdrawal may be subject to the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus (see Section 6).

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on kk33 is subject to the specific rules of each product in addition to these general Terms. Sports betting rules, casino game rules, virtual sports rules and Aviator game rules are all available within the respective section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 for all sports betting markets and casino game sessions unless a specific product rule states otherwise.
• Confirmed bets are final: Once a sports bet has been confirmed through the kk33 bet slip, the odds and stake are locked. Cancellation is not possible after confirmation unless the event is cancelled or postponed under applicable bet settlement rules.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). kk33 follows standard industry settlement timelines and any disputes should be raised via support within 30 days of settlement.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances such as event cancellation, a fixture being abandoned, or an obvious pricing error by kk33 that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered. kk33 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous prices.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time of confirmation. kk33 does not accept responsibility for connectivity issues on the player's side that delay bet placement during live events.
• Casino and table games: Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures as applicable. Results are final once a game round is completed.
• Accumulator bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If one or more legs are voided, those legs are removed and the accumulator pays at the revised combined odds of the remaining selections.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kk33 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome deposit bonuses, accumulator boosts, enhanced odds on Pakistan cricket match days, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated with each individual promotion:

• One bonus per player per offer: Unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise, each registered kk33 account is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple instances of a bonus will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your kk33 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the specified validity period. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire.
• Eligible markets: Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements can be met through sports betting markets with odds of 1.50 or greater, or casino games listed in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100% while some live table games contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses are offered in PKR-denominated bonus credit and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player or combined with other offers unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly permit it.
• Abuse detection: kk33 uses automated and manual review to detect bonus abuse including arbitrage betting strategies, low-risk hedged bets placed purely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Where abuse is detected, kk33 reserves the right to remove bonus balances and any winnings derived from them.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk33 Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, closure, cancellation of outstanding bets and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity during registration.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scraping tools or any software to place bets or interact with the Platform outside of normal browser or app use.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical faults in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error may be cancelled.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider information-based betting or any form of sports corruption. kk33 cooperates with relevant sporting authorities and has a zero-tolerance policy on betting integrity violations.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to deposit. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the kk33 Platform for any unlawful financial transaction. kk33 reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language toward kk33 staff through any channel including live chat, email or social media.
• Reselling, transferring or sharing account access with any third party.

8. Responsible Gaming

kk33 is committed to providing a safe betting environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — when it becomes anything other than that, kk33 has tools and support in place to help.

Every kk33 account includes the following responsible gaming controls, which take effect immediately when set:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. kk33 will block deposits that would exceed your chosen limit within the specified period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once reached, betting is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session reminders: Set a time-based reminder that notifies you when you have been logged into kk33 for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Temporary exclusions run for a minimum of 30 days. Permanent exclusions do not expire. During any exclusion period, kk33 will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.
• Reality check: Request a periodic pop-up during gaming sessions showing your net position for the current session.

9. Privacy and Data

kk33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on kk33 you consent to our use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use is used to:

• Verify your identity and comply with KYC obligations.
• Process deposits, bets and withdrawal transactions.
• Provide customer support and respond to account queries.
• Send you promotional communications about kk33 offers, where you have not opted out.
• Monitor Platform activity for fraud, abuse and betting integrity violations.

kk33 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to service providers who process transactions on kk33's behalf (payment processors, KYC verification partners) and where required by applicable law or regulation. kk33 uses SSL encryption on all data in transit and follows industry-standard security protocols for data at rest. Suspicious access patterns to your account — such as login from an unusual location — will trigger an account security notification to your registered mobile number.

10. Limitation of Liability

kk33 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times. Where Platform maintenance or technical issues result in disruption to betting or gaming services, kk33 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to settle any affected bets fairly.

kk33's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. kk33 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from player reliance on any information, odds or statistics displayed on the Platform for purposes beyond placing bets on that specific event.
• Technical failures on the player's device, browser or internet connection that prevent a bet being placed or confirmed.
• Third-party payment processing delays outside kk33's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits kk33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Amendments and Account Closure

kk33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations as a player — kk33 will provide notice by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of kk33 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may close your kk33 account at any time by contacting support@kk33.life. Closing your account does not cancel any bets that have already been confirmed and are awaiting settlement. Any balance remaining after settlement of all open bets will be returned to your nominated payment method following identity verification if required.

kk33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where:

• A breach of these Terms is confirmed or reasonably suspected.
• The account holder cannot be verified through the KYC process.
• A self-exclusion request has been made and accepted.
• Activity on the account indicates a risk of harm to the player under kk33's responsible gaming obligations.
• The account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months. Dormant account fees may apply as set out in the account settings section of the Platform.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kk33 operates its player-facing services in PKR for a Pakistani user base.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your kk33 account, bet settlement or any aspect of the Platform, please follow this process:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to support@kk33.life with your account details and a description of the issue. kk33 aims to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the kk33 senior complaints review team. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 7 business days.
• Step 3 – Final Decision: The decision of the senior review team is final and binding with respect to the factual elements of the dispute. Any ongoing disagreement over legal interpretation is subject to the governing law provisions above.

All disputes and complaints must be raised within 30 days of the event or transaction giving rise to the complaint. kk33 is not obliged to investigate complaints raised after this period has elapsed.
